Broma is one of the easiest “hidden in plain sight” rooftops in central Saigon. It sits above Nguyễn Huệ walking street, but still feels more laid-back and more local than the biggest hotel rooftops nearby. Chill Skybar is no longer a true secret, but it still earns a place if you want the classic elevated Saigon skyline experience. Compared with more intimate rooftops, this one is glossier and louder — but still worth including as a reliable, still-open rooftop option.
